Events

The ALL OHIO SCANNER CLUB holds a yearly family-style picnic and business meeting (if needed). The dates and locations of all AOSC meetings will be published in the newsletter. The AOSC also participates in the Dayton Hamvention, and the Winter SWL Festival each year with a booth promoting the club, seminars or forums, and social events. The Dayton Hamvention is held the 3rd weekend of May in Dayton, Ohio, and the Winter SWL Festival is held in Kulpsville, PA the 2nd weekend of March. The AOSC sponsors a "Scanner and Shortwave Information Net" on the Dayton Amateur Radio Association 146.940 repeater at 9:30 PM on Mondays for Central and Southwest Ohio members.
